Darren Receives Cheque

Gerry McStay has been over to Turnberry and has presented Darren with cheques totalling almost £11,000 which was money raised by the schools across Northern Ireland who play in this golf league. This now brings the total raised to just over £31,000 in the last 3 years.

Darren was delighted to receive the cheques and congratulated and thanked all of the schools and kids on their efforts and hoped that they would continue with their efforts next year.

The league was won by Portadown College who defeated Rainey Endowed in the final and will be even harder to win next year as seven more schools in the Belfast area have committed for next year.
